This screenprint is of WT Horton's The Path To The Moon. It was first published in A Book Of Images, in 1898, which had an introduction by his great pal, the poet WB Yeats.
William Thomas Horton (whose dates are 1864-1919) is described as a mystic, illustrator and author. Horton's black and white drawings are a little reminiscent of those of Aubrey Beardsley (who died in 1898 - and whose work I have previously screenprinted).
Horton's work does lend itself to screenprinting, being stark and monochome, so please let me know if you'd like to see more screenprints like this.
