One of photographic pioneer Eadweard Muybridge's. It appears to be of a man running behind a mounted horse on a railway track. Rhythms, internal echoes – it's poetry. Love it.
Apparently it's of Leland Stanford, Jr. on his Pony "Gypsy" and is called "Phases of a Stride".
