I’m selling my screenprints at the Dulwich Picture Gallery – the first purpose-built public art gallery in the world – this weekend.
The gallery was founded in 1811 when Sir Francis Bourgeois RA bequeathed his collection of old masters “for the inspection of the public”.
This weekend there is a Christmas event to which I’ve been invited to sell my Comic Art screenprints. It’s described as a “Dazzling winter lights trail and artisan market set to bring the ultimate festive experience to South East London.”
I’m going to be there from 10am until 10pm.
Visitors are encouraged to: “Enjoy spectacular lighting across the front of the Gallery’s historic building as well as a winding winter lights trail throughout our beautiful grounds. Get into the full festive spirit with mulled drinks and other Christmassy nibbles from our Christmas Cabin and other vendors on-site during the artisan market on Saturdays and Sundays.”
The address is: Dulwich Picture Gallery, Gallery Road, London, SE21 7AD
See you there.
